Welcome and Thank You for taking the time to visit with us! We so
enjoy sharing our love and devotion to our companions and this noble breed. We
are Lisa & John, founders of Ink Spots Great Danes!
We are located in Temecula, Ca. Our Danes are raised in our home, on our couches, and they are part of what makes us whole. They are truly family members to us. We have no runs or kennels here. We have several wonderful acres for our group to romp and play!
We are proud members of the Great Dane Club Of California , the Great Dane Club Of America. and the Temecula Valley Agility Club.

Galaxy was our
start in the breed. She is our rescue girl and once we got to know her gentle
loving nature, we knew she would make an incredible therapy Dane! Galaxy is
newly retired, but had many years giving so much to people in need. What a gift
it has been to have her grace our home!

Cali is our first Champion, finishing with all points taken here in Ca…owner handled!
Cali has blessed us with two beautiful daughters….Belle and Gem!
Belle is our 1st home bred Champion!! Belle finished at 17 Months old, the 2nd Mantle to finish in the US with ALL points taken out of the Bred By Class!
Belle is also the 2nd Grand Champion Mantle in the nation, and the only one to have ALL points owner handled!
Belle has blessed us with 2 beautiful litters! Rebel is our handsome boy and Abracadabra is our new little girl!
We are very excited to co-own Charm and Isaboo with their loving families! We are looking forward to watching all our up and coming show prospects grow and shine!

All our Danes are wonderful ambassadors to the breed….participating in many activities in the community and so much more! We have had the honor of working the “Meet the Breed” booth at the AKC Eukanuba Invitational….meeting and greeting all who came our way! We have also had the pleasure of working the Orange County Pet Expo! The girls were happy to do tricks, give hugs and be the center of attention!
We breed occasionally and very selectively. Our top concerns are health, temperament, longevity and correct conformation … always working towards the betterment of the breed.
Ink Spots Great Dane puppies will only be placed in appropriate, loving homes, and we will always commit to provide a lifetime of suport to all puppy homes. After all, Ink Spots puppy owners are part of our extended family.
An ethical breeder puts an incredible amount of devotion, time, energy, money and so much more into a breeding. Puppies are not mass produced to have something to “sell”.
There are a wonderful variety of colors produced in our litters, with only 2 being acceptable to show, harlequin and mantle. The rest are not pet quality, but pet colors, as the same careful standards went into producing each and every puppy! All pet puppies are sold on Limited Registration and there are NO exceptions.
Great Danes are a wonderful, majestic breed….BUT they are not for everyone! Please do your homework and get to know the breed if you are considering being owned by a Great Dane!
